South Texas Women’s World is a monthly publication with a "positive outlook" for women about women. STWW is for women of all interests and incomes who have chosen to make South Texas their home. The vision of South Texas Women’s World magazine is to promote the growth of local women in all aspects of life from business to personal development. South Texas Women’s World offers to motivate, inspire, and enhance the lives of women by providing uplifting and encouraging information for today’s woman. STWW features timely articles, success stories, and real women; giving readers an inside look into the lives of the women within our own community. A reservation and 20% down-payment is required to hold your month. Full payment is due 30 days prior to printing. Front cover and centerfold pages may be shared and/or divided, i.e., with another business partner, business, or organization.

Advertising in South Texas Women’s World: FREE Business Directory Listing and link on the STWW website. Free article/interview on your business and opportunities to contribute your own articles about your business. Advertising in South Texas Women’s World is an effective way to reach over 30,000+ (3+ readers per issue and website) potential prospects in Corpus Christi and South Texas.

Deadlines: Space reservations are required by the 20^th of each month. Final ads are required in-house by the sceduled deadline of each month. Advertisers who do not submit by deadline will risk losing their space. Once reserved and past deadlines, advertisers are liable for the entire amount of their ad fees. STWW works ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.

Payment and Cancellation Policies: South Texas Women’s World reserves the right to require payment in advance of publication. Immediate Payment with order is required, except for STWW consecutive clients, who may receive 30-day terms. Payment in full is due within thirty (30) days of the initial invoice date. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed each month after 30 days late. Advertising privileges will be suspended on accounts over 90 days past due. All expenses and legal fees incurred in collecting outstanding invoices will be paid by the Advertiser. The advertiser and its agency will be held jointly and severally liable for monies due and payable for ads ordered and published. Space cannot be canceled after space reservation deadline. Client will be billed for a canceled reservation.

Production: Ad prices reflect camera-ready art (text, halftones and art at size). Ad copies or logos can be e-mailed or mailed. For best reproduction: No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted.

Format: You may submit your ads on a CD (best) or E-mail (make sure you compress the file). Ads should be (Windows format) and please include Fonts, Hi-Res images (300 dpi or higher) in (Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Pagemaker, Macromedia Fireworks, Microsoft Publisher, Dell Image Expert, Print Shop, Microsoft Word). Materials will be discarded after six (6) months.

Photo Shoots/Photography: $40 an hour and includes basic color correction, sizing and one time use in South Texas Women’s World publication. Images are copyrighted by photographer and may be purchased. Reuse of exact image in future issues is $50 per issue. Location shots are based on the needs of the customer with reference to travel time and distance. You are not required to use South Texas Women’s World photographers, however, photographs submitted must follow graphic spec sheet requirements.

In-House Ad Design: For those of you who do not have in-house art capabilities, we are happy to build your ad for you at the rate of $40 per hour.

Publisher Protection: The advertiser and its agency assume liability for all content of ads printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the Publisher. Publisher reserves the right to refuse advertising it deems inappropriate, reject or cancel any ad or space reservation at any time. Publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason the publisher fails to publish an ad, for errors in key number, reader service number, or ad index.

Agreed: All Terms and Conditions listed on the contract page of the South Texas Women’s World Website are part of this contract. No oral contracts. A signed original of this contract must be on file with STWW before any insertion orders are accepted.
